Spicy Baby Potato




What you need:

1/2 kg Baby potato
Salt to taste
Mustard
Urad daal
Curry leaves
2 tablespoon Sambar Powder

How to Make it:
  • Clean the baby potatoes and pressure cook it for 1 whistle. Remove the skin.
  • Heat a little oil, add mustard, Urad daal, curry leaves, and the baby potatoes.
  • Once the baby potatoes turn slight brown, add sambar powder and toss till its coated well.
