What you need:
1/2 kg Baby potato

Curry leaves
2 tablespoon Sambar Powder

How to Make it:
- Clean the baby potatoes and pressure cook it for 1 whistle. Remove the skin.
- Heat a little oil, add mustard, Urad daal, curry leaves, and the baby potatoes.
- Once the baby potatoes turn slight brown, add sambar powder and toss till its coated well.
