What you need:
1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
1 tablespoon roasted gram
2 to 3 chilli [spice can be adjusted]

2 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 to 3 chilli [spice can be adjusted]
1/2 teaspoon jaggery
1 small piece tamarind
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon roasted gram

2 to 3 red chilli [spice can be adjusted]

1 small onion

- Add very little water and grind.
What you need
2 Tomatoes [Preferably Raw]
2 - 3 Green Chilli [Spice can be adjusted]
2 - 3 Garlic pods
1/2 cup coriander
Salt to taste
How to make it
- Burn tomatoes and green chilli on a mesh directly over the flame.
- Keep it aside to cool.
- Once they are cooled down completely, remove the skin.
- Add garlic, coriander and salt.
- Grind to smooth paste.
