What you need:
6 Red Chilli [ Byadige]
4 Bay Leaves
1 teaspoon Pepper Corn
1 Tablespoon Dhania
1 teaspoon Shahi Jeera
10 Cloves
1 - 2 inch Cinnamon
2 Javitri [Mace]
1/2 Nutmeg
6 - 7 Cardamom [Black]
10 Cardamom [Green]
1 teaspoon Sauf
2 Star Annies
How to make it:
- Dry Roast all individually.
- Let all the roasted spices cool down to room temperature.
- Grind to a fine powder.
- This powder adds in a lot of flavours to gravies/dry curry/pullav/biryani.
