What you need
1 Avocado
1 Onion [Diced big]
1 tomato [Deseeded and cut to pieces]
1/2 cucumber
1 tablespoon of Olives
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
Pinch of Pepper
Salt to taste
How to make it
- Toss in all the ingredients so that the Mayonnaise coats the vegetables well.
- Refrigerate the salad for about half an hour before relishing it.
