What you need
1 cup cabbage
1/2 cup besan/gram flour
1/2 cup rice flour
3 - 4 chillies [spice can be adjusted]
1 Onion
2 tablespoon coriander
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients well. Do not put too much water as the onion tends to leave water.
- Make small balls, flatten it on your palm and deep fry till they become golden brown.
