Cupcake Pizza

  


What you need


For the dough:


 [this is an instant dough and is good for pizza base, rolls, buns!! ]

Let the yeast ferment for atleast 10 minutes:

½ cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
tablespoon  yeast


For the dough:


½ cup oil
2 cups plain curds
½ teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon salt
5 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
½ cup sugar
Fermented yeast


For the Sauce: 

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
5 - 6 pods of Garlic [Finely chopped]
1/2  cup Tomato Puree
1/2  cup Tomato Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of mixed herbs [Oregano, thyme, rosemary]


For the filling:
1 onion [finely chopped]
1 Capsicum [finely chopped] 
1 - 2 tablespoons Olives [Green/black]
Pinch of Salt 
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese


How to make the Pizza Dough

Knead all together to dough consistency


How to make Sauce

  1. Heat a little olive oil.
  2. Add chopped garlic, let it getting slightly brown.
  3. Add tomato paste, pepper, salt, herbs [oregano, thyme], salt, sugar and tomato ketchup. Add water if needed to get spreadable consistency. Cook Well

    For the filling: 
    1. Mix all the vegetables.

How to make Cupcake Pizza

  1. Grease the cupcake mould.
  2. Roll out small chapathis of dough and line into the cupcake mould.
  3. Spread the sauce, add the filling and top it with grated cheese.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes @ 180C.
