Curd Rice

What you need
1 cup cooked rice [ Cooled completely. Leftover rice does wonders too]
1 cup Curd
2 tablespoon of milk
1 Onion [Finely chopped]
1 tablespoon Coriander

For tempering
1/2 teaspoon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Urad Daal
Pinch of Asafoetida
1 strand of Curry Leaves

Salt to taste

How to make it
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add the tempering.
  • Adjust salt and your comfort food is ready!

Please Note: You can also add, finely diced cucumber and seeds of pomegranates too.
