What you need:
1 small Cabbage
To Grind:
Grated coconut
1 tablespoon Urad Daal [slight fried in little oil]
2 to 3 red chili [spice can be adjusted]
1 tablespoon Urad Daal [slight fried in little oil]

For Seasoning:
Mustard
Urad Daal
Curry Leaves

How to Make it:
- Chop the cabbage finely, wash and drain all the water.
- Head little oil, add the ingredients mentioned under seasoning.
- Add the chopped the cabbage, sprinkle salt, and cover for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the ground masala and cook well until the cabbage turns soft and tender
- Garnish with coriander.
