Tawa Pullav



What you need
1 cup Basmati Rice [cooked]
1 onion [finely chopped]
1/2 cup Carrot [diced]
1/2 cup Capsicum [diced]
1/2 cup Cabbage [diced]
1/2 cup peas [boiled]
1 onion [finely chopped]
2 tablespoon of Pav Bhaji Masala
1 tablespoon of Red Chilli powder
1/2 lemon juice
Coriander to garnish

How to make it
  • Heat little butter and oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and let it cook till transparent.
  • Add carrots and capsicum and cook till they are tender.
  • Add Cabbage and boiled peas. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Make a mixture of Pav Bhaji Masala and Red Chilli Powder in water. Add this mixture to the cooked vegetables.
  • Once the flavours are absorbed by the vegetables, add in the cooked rice and mix well.
  • Make sure the grains are not broken.
  • Add the lemon juice.
  • Garnish with coriander.
  • Serve hot with onion raita.
