Air fried Vegetables

 


What you need:

1/2 cup Yellow Bell Peppers
1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers
1/2 cup Carrot
1/2 cup beans
1/2 cup Broccoli
1 teaspoon Oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon Chilli Flakes 
1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder

How to make:
  • Mix all the ingredients and toss well.
  • Marinate it for 10 minutes
  • Preheat the Air Fryer for 10 minutes @ 120 C
  • Put the marinated vegetables in basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Shuffle a little in between.
  • If you want it a little more cooked, increase the time by another 2 to 3 minutes.
Note: You can add other vegetables like baby corn, baby potato, mushroom and paneer. The cooking time remains the same. If the quantity is more, make them in batches.
