Cauliflower Palya



What you need
Half Cauliflower [Florets blanched]
2 Tomatoes [Finely Chopped]
1 Onion [Finely Chopped]
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Jeera
Pinch of Asafoetida
1 teaspoon Jeera Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder [Spice can be adjusted]
1 strand Curry Leaves
Coriander for garnish

How to make it
  • Heat little oil, add Jeera, asafoetida and curry leaves.
  • Add chopped onions, and let it turn translucent.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook well
  • Add in Jeera powder, Garam Masala powder and Chillin powder.
  • Toss in the blanched florets and cook well till its coated with spices.
  • Garnish with coriander.
