Dali Toyi


What you need:
1 cup Toor Dal

For Seasoning
1 teaspoon oil
Mustard
Jeera
Hing
Red Chilli
Curry Leaves

How to make it:

  • Pressure cook toor dal for 3 to 4 whistles or until cooked soft.
  • Heat oil and add all the ingredients mentioned under seasoning and boil well.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Garnish with coriander.
