What you need:
1 cup Toor Dal
For Seasoning
1 teaspoon oil
Mustard
Jeera
Hing
Red Chilli
Curry Leaves
How to make it:
- Pressure cook toor dal for 3 to 4 whistles or until cooked soft.
- Heat oil and add all the ingredients mentioned under seasoning and boil well.
- Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with coriander.
