Gulla Podi




What you need:

1 Gulla 
Pinch of Hing/Asafoetida
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon rice flour
1 tablespoon chili powder [ according to taste]
1/2 cup fine Rava [chiroti rava]

How to Make it:
  • Cut the Gulla to thin pieces
  • Marinate Gulla in the rest of the ingredients, except for Chiroti Rava in little water for half an hour.
  • Make sure the gullas are coated well.
  • Dip the marinated gullas in chiroti rava and shallow fry till golden brown.
