Method for Garlic Naan without tandoor:
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes and divide the dough into equal parts.
- Roll the dough to the preferred shape. Make sure it is not too thin.
- Apply a thin layer of water onto one side and put the watered side on the hot tawa. Make sure it sticks well to the tawa as it will be flipped directly to the flame. [If the naan falls off from the tawa, it's ok, just cook it like phulka and the naan still gets done]
- Immediately brush it with the Garlic Butter when the naan is hot.
- Best served with Garlic Naan.
