What you need
250 grams Dates [deseeded]
150 grams Rolled Oats [Slightly roasted]
35 grams Almonds [chopped to small pieces and slightly roasted]
30 grams Pista [chopped to small pieces and slightly roasted]
2 tablespoons Flaxseeds [chopped to small pieces and slightly roasted]
3 tablespoons Melon seeds [chopped to small pieces and slightly roasted]
3 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds [chopped to small pieces and slightly roasted]]
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 cup Amaranth Seeds/Quinoa [Slightly roasted]
1 tablespoon Black raisins
1/4 cup Cranberries
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Peanut butter
How to make it
- Grind the dates in a blender.
- Warm Peanut Butter and little to melt and mix honey.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
- Preheat oven for 160 C.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Keep a check as it should not get over baked.
- Remove and cut when warm. Let it cool before removing from the bakeware.
