What you need
1/4 cup Moong dal
1 cup Rice
1 - 2 chilli
For tempering
Ghee
Mustard
Jeera
Asafoetida
Curry Leaves
Coriander to garnish
How to make it
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, and add the ingredients under ‘for tempering’.
- Add the washed moong dal and rice. Add salt to taste.
- Let it cook for 3 - 4 whistles.
- Garnish with coriander before serving hot.
