Macaroni Pasta



What you need:
1 cup Macaroni
1 cup of desired Vegetables [here I have used carrots and peas]
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder [Spice can be adjusted]
Salt [Can be adjusted according to the taste]
Pinch of Sugar [optional]
1 Onion [Finely chopped]
5 - 6 garlic pods [crushed]
1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
1 cup Grated cheese [Mozarella/Cheddar or a mix of both]
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

How to Make it:
  • Boil water with a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Once the water comes to a boil, add Macaroni and vegetables. [I boil vegetables with macaroni to avoid wastage of vegetable broth].
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions and cook till done.
  • Add in the tomato ketchup and let it cook well for about 5 - 6 minutes.
  • Add in the Oregano, Mixed Herbs, salt, sugar and chilli powder.
  • Add in the grated cheese. Let the cheese melt completely 
  • Add in the cooked macaroni and vegetables and toss them well in the gravy.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
