What you need:
1 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup Cooked rice
1/2 cup Grated Carrot
1/2 cup Dil Leaves
1 teaspoon Jeera
Corriander
Salt to taste
How to Make it:
- Heat 1 cup of water. Add Salt and Rice flour and bring it to boil.
- Add cooked rice and mix all well making it to a soft dough consistency. Switch off the flame.
- Add grated carrot, Greens, Jeera, coriander, and mash well.
- Your final dough should be of kneadable consistency.
- Spread a little oil on a silicon mat or plastic.
- Take one portion, evenly spread to make thin chapati.
- Transfer it onto hot tawa, drizzle a little oil and cook evenly on both sides.
- Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
