What you need
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut
Salt to taste
How to make it
- Wash and soak rice for 7 - 8 hours.
- Grind with Grated coconut.
- Add salt and adjust with water.
- The consistency should be watery.
- Heat tawa. Pour the dosa batter in one end and spread evenly by rotating the tawa.
- Sprinkle slight coconut oil [optional]
- Cover and cook on only one side.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
