Neer Dosa

  


What you need

1 cup Rice

1/2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut

Salt to taste


How to make it

  1. Wash and soak rice for 7 - 8 hours.
  2. Grind with Grated coconut.
  3. Add salt and adjust with water. 
  4. The consistency should be watery.
  5. Heat tawa. Pour the dosa batter in one end and spread evenly by rotating the tawa.
  6. Sprinkle slight coconut oil [optional]
  7. Cover and cook on only one side.
  8. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
