What you need:
1 cup cooked rice
For Seasoning:
1 teaspoon oil
Mustard
Urad dal
Channa dal
1/4 cup peanuts
1 onion [finely chopped]
Green Chilli [spice can be adjusted]
Curry Leaves
1/2 cup fresh coconut
Pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
How to make it:
- Heat little oil in a pan. Add peanuts. Let it roast a little bit.
- Add mustard, urad dal, channa dal, curry leaves and green chillies.
- Add onions and cook till they turn transparent.
- Add salt and turmeric.
- Add freshly grated coconut and mix well.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Turn off the flame and adjust salt and add lemon juice
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

Coconut 1 cup
2 - 3 Red chilli [spice can be adjusted]
1 teaspoon Mustard
1/2 cup grated mango [ tanginess can be adjusted]

1 teaspoon oil
Mustard
Urad dal
Channa dal
1/4 cup peanuts
Curry Leaves Pinch of turmeric Salt to taste
How to make it:
- Heat little oil in a pan. Add peanuts. Let it roast a little bit.
- Add mustard, urad dal, channa dal, curry leaves and green chillies.
- Add the ground paste and cook till the raw smell goes.
- Add salt and turmeric.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Turn off the flame and adjust salt
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
