What you need:
1 cup Wheat flour
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Oil
Water to knead
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Oil
Water to knead
How to Make it:
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well.
- Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Roll out to thin chapathi, and put on hot tawa.
- Cook on one side, and cook the other side directly on flame till it puffs up.
- Smear ghee immediately to keep the phulka soft and tasty. [Optional]
