Beetroot Palya


What you need:
1 beetroot [cut to cubes/desired shape]

For Seasoning
1 teaspoon oil
Mustard
Urad dal
Channa dal
1 onion [finely chopped]
Hing
Red Chilli
Curry Leaves

How to make it:
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients mentioned under seasoning.
  • Add in diced beetroot, toss it well.
  • Add salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Bring it to 1 whistle and switch of the flame.
  • Garnish with Coriander.
