What you need:
1 beetroot [cut to cubes/desired shape]
For Seasoning
1 teaspoon oil
Mustard
Urad dal
Channa dal
1 onion [finely chopped]
Hing
Red Chilli
Curry Leaves
How to make it:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients mentioned under seasoning.
- Add in diced beetroot, toss it well.
- Add salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Bring it to 1 whistle and switch of the flame.
- Garnish with Coriander.
