Tendril Talasani




What you need:

1/2 kg Tendril
Mustard
Urad daal
Curry Leaves
2 - 3 Red Chilli
5 - 6 Garlic pods [crushed]

How to Make it:
  • Heat oil, add mustard, Urad daal, garlic, curry leaves. 
  • Once they start spluttering, strips of tendril/tondekai and salt.
  • Cook till they are slightly roasted.
