Potato Stir Fry




What you need:

1/2 kg potato
Mustard
Urad Daal
Red Chilli
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

How to Make it:
  • Soak the potatoes in a bowl of water and scrub away all the mud
  • Slice them thin and put them in slightly salty water to prevent them from getting black.
  • Drain the potatoes just before cooking.
  • Heat little oil in the pan, add mustard, urad daal, curry leaves, and red chili.
  • Add the cleaned and sliced potatoes, salt, and cook until they are done or slightly roasted.
