How to Make it:
- Soak the potatoes in a bowl of water and scrub away all the mud
- Slice them thin and put them in slightly salty water to prevent them from getting black.
- Drain the potatoes just before cooking.
- Heat little oil in the pan, add mustard, urad daal, curry leaves, and red chili.
- Add the cleaned and sliced potatoes, salt, and cook until they are done or slightly roasted.
