What you need:
1/2 ridge gourd, cut into thin slices
For the batter:
1 cup besan
1 teaspoon chilli powder [spice can be adjusted]
1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of Hing

How to Make it:
- Mix all the ingredients under batter. Add water and mix well to a batter consistency.
- Dip the ridge gourd slice in the batter. Make sure the slice is well coated.
- Place the dipped gourd slice next to each other.
- Drizzle a little oil.
- Cook well on both sides.
- Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
