What you need:
2 cups of puffed rice [soaked in water for 5 minutes and drained]
For Seasoning
1 teaspoon oil
Mustard
Urad dal
Channa dal
1 onion [finely chopped]
2 to 3 Green Chilli [slit]
1 Tomato [finely chopped]
Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
How to make it:
- Heat oil and add in mustard, urad dal, channa dal and let it get golden brown
- Add onion and let it become translucent.
- Add tomatoes, chillies and curry leaves.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add the puffed rice and mix well. add salt to adjust the taste.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
