Thai Salad

  


What you need:

For the Salad Dressing

2 tablespoons Crushed/finely chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon powdered Jaggery
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 tablespoon Chilli Sauce
2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon Coarsely powdered Peanuts [roasted and dehusked]
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Vegetables for the Salad

1/2 cup Sweet Semi-Hard Mango/ Sweet Pineapple/Apple
1/2 cup Cabbage
1/2 cup Carrot [julienne cut]
1 - 2 tablespoon Mint Leaves [chopped]
1/4 cup Spring Onions [Chopped Small]
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds [Slightly Roasted]

How to make it:
  • Mix Salad Dressing and the Vegetables together.
  • Taste and adjust the salt.
  • Make sure the dressing is completely smearing all the vegetables nicely.
  • Sprinkle Sesame Seed before serving.
