Sourdough - Crackers

  


What you need:

1 tablespoon Sourdough Starter
1 tablespoon Water
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder/Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi


1 teaspoon Kalonji Seeds

How to make it:
  • Knead all the ingredients together.
  • Cover and let it sit in a warm place for 3 - 4 hours.
  • Knead well for minute.
  • Roll out like thick chapathi, and prick with fork all over.
  • Sprinkle Kalonji Seeds.
  • Cut to desired shape with a cookie cutter or simple with sharp knife.
  • Bake for 10 - 12 minutes @ 160 C
  • Let it cool completely before savouring the Crackers.
