What you need
1 boiled potato [mashed well]
1/2 cup boiled peas
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala Powder
2 - 3 tablespoon coriander
2 - 3 tablespoon of mint
Salt to taste
Mixture of cornflour and water
1 cup Breadcrumbs
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients to form a good dough consistency.
- Make it to patties/cutlets
- Dip it in the cornflour mixture.
- Coat well with bread crumbs.
- Heat a little oil and shallow. Cook well till it roasts well on all the sides.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
How to assemble
- Cut the burger bun into half.
- Apply a layer of mayonnaise.
- Top it with thin slices of onion, tikki, a slice of cheese, and the other half.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
