Ridge Gourd bajji




What you need:
1/2 ridge gourd, cut into thin slices
Oil for deep frying

For the batter:
1 cup besan
1 teaspoon chilli powder [spice can be adjusted]
1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of Hing

How to Make it:

  • Mix all the ingredients under batter. Add water and mix well to a thick batter consistency.
  • Dip the ridge gourd slice in the batter. Make sure the slice is well coated.
  • Slide them into the hot water. 
  • Fry till golden brown.
