Potato Bajji




What you need:
2 Potato[skin removed and sliced thin]
Salt [according to taste]
1 cup Gram flour [besan]
1 teaspoon of Chilli powder [Spice can be adjusted]
Pinch of Hing

Oil for deep frying

How to Make it:
  • Mix all together to a smooth batter.
  • Dip the potato in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
