What you need:
10 - 12 Pagila
Pinch of Hing/Asafoetida
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon rice flour
1 tablespoon chili powder [ according to taste]

How to Make it:
- Cut the Pagila to thin pieces
- Marinate Pagila in rest of the ingredients with little water for refrigerating for about half-hour
- Make sure the Pagilas are coated well.
- Deep fry the Pagilas till crisp and golden brown.
