Pagila Podi




What you need:

10 - 12 Pagila 
Pinch of Hing/Asafoetida
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon rice flour
1 tablespoon chili powder [ according to taste]

How to Make it:
  • Cut the Pagila to thin pieces
  • Marinate Pagila in rest of the ingredients with little water for refrigerating for about half-hour
  • Make sure the Pagilas are coated well.
  • Deep fry the Pagilas till crisp and golden brown.
