What you need:
For the Bread:
300 grams/ 1 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
100 grams/1/2 cup All purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Sugar/Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Yeast
180ml Warm Water
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
100 grams/1/2 cup All purpose Flour

For the Filling:
Panner 100 grams
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed Herbs 1 tablespoon
Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup
Chilli Flakes/ Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
How to Make it
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Leave it to proof for 1 hour.
- After the 1st proofing of the dough, smear your hands well with oil and knead the dough well for the next 10 - 15 minutes, using stretch and fold technique.
- Divide the dough to 7 - 8 equal parts. [approximately 60 grams each]
- Roll it to an oval. Cut strips at one half of the oval.
- Place the filling at the other half [the uncut half]. Tuck in the dough and roll it from the uncut half to the other end. Seal it well so that the filling does not spill.
- Place it neatly in a well greased tin.Leave it to proof for the second time for 30 minutes.
- Bake the Wool Roll Bread for about 25-30 minutes @ 180 C
- Let it cool completely on a wire rack, before you relish your bread.
