For the dough:
[this is an instant dough and is good for pizza base, rolls, buns!! ]
Let the yeast ferment for atleast 10 minutes:
½ cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
For the dough:
½ cup oil
2 cups plain curds
½ teaspoon baking soda
5 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
½ cup sugar
Fermented yeast
How to make Pizza Base:
- Knead all together to dough consistency.
- Let it rest for an hour.
- Divide the dough to equal part.
- Roll it a little thicker than Chapathi.
For the Sauce:
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
5 - 6 pods of Garlic [Finely chopped]
1/2 cup Tomato Puree
1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of mixed herbs [Oregano, thyme, rosemary]
How to make Sauce:
- Heat a little olive oil.
- Add chopped garlic, let it getting slightly brown.
- Add tomato paste, pepper, salt, herbs [oregano, thyme], salt, sugar and tomato ketchup. Add water if needed to get spreadable consistency. Cook Well
For the Pizza:

1/2 cup Panner
1/2 cup Sweet Corn
1/2 cup Baby Corn
1/2 cup Mushroom
1/2 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Capsicum
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomato
1/2 cup Pineapple
1 cup of Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese [mixed]
How to assemble:
- Take the rolled pizza base.
- Spread the sauce.
- Add your choice of toppings [Panner, Sweet Corn, Baby Corn, Mushroom, Broccoli, Sun Dried Tomato, Pineapple,Capsicum]
- Sprinkle a mix of Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese.
- Preheat oven at 180C and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese melts.
[You can keep the pizza base ready by slightly baking them for 10 minutes at 180C and follow the same way to assemble the Pizza]
